Children’s information & student media
Our programs serve families and students, but the website’s contact features are intended for parents and guardians. We do not ask children under 13 to submit personal information directly. If a child sends information to us, a parent or guardian may ask us to delete it using the contact details below.
Before publishing an identifiable student photo or video, Aurora Genesis requires permission from a parent or legal guardian or another lawful authorization. Families may decline media permission without affecting their ability to ask about programs. We do not intentionally publish a student’s full name with their image unless separately authorized.
A parent or guardian may withdraw media permission or request removal from the website and social accounts we control by emailing esther@auroragenesis.net or calling 646-392-5292. We will act within a reasonable time, although copies may remain temporarily in search-engine caches or on third-party services outside our control.
Please do not send sensitive information about a child through the website unless it is reasonably needed for program communication.
Retention & security
We keep communications only as long as reasonably needed for our work. Media-permission records may be retained while the related photo or video is published and for a reasonable period afterward. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no internet transmission is 100% secure.
